Men
(2025-) is an ongoing series that looks at masculinity through gestures of tenderness, control, and self-awareness. I photograph people in environments where toughness is often expected, turning my attention towards the moments that fall between that performance, the quiet, uncertain, or intimate ones that often go unnoticed. Using these experiences, I mirror moments within constructed scenes to morph the performative act of masculinity. I’m interested in how these small gestures of care or exhaustion reveal what it means to live within the weight of patriarchy.
